Onboarding and support, automated end to end. The companies, orders and messages are examples; the flows are the real ones.
KYB and KYC onboarding
Built at Cellbunq: a business applies once, every check runs at the same time, and one risk score decides whether a person needs to look.
Illustration: a business submits its details and a director's ID, five checks run in parallel, and a risk score either approves it or sends it to a reviewer.

Registry, owners, sanctions, PEP and ID checks run in parallel across thousands of sources.
Decide on risk
Low risk is approved automatically. Anything else goes to a reviewer, with the reason.
Omni-channel AI chatbot
Built as iBot at SSL Wireless and the engine behind Chatshop: one bot for every messaging channel, with live handover to human agents.
Illustration: a customer message arrives, the bot identifies the intent and details, takes an action, and replies or hands the chat to a human agent.

WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and web chat all reach the same bot.
Understand the request
NLP picks out what the customer wants and the details, such as an order number or a size.

It calls the same APIs as the support team, and passes the chat to a person when it should.
